• Customer Data: Phone numbers of end-users who interact with our clients via WhatsApp.
• Appointment & Sync Data: Customer contact details, booking times, and calendar events synced via Google Calendar for UniBooking.
• Infrastructure Logs: Technical data required to maintain our multi-tenant PostgreSQL databases and ensure system stability.

2. How We Use WhatsApp & System Data

We act as a Data Processor. Data is used solely for facilitating the services you have requested, including:

• Facilitating real-time chat, marketing broadcasts, and e-commerce order verification.
• Sending automated WhatsApp reminders and confirmations to your clients.
• Syncing availability with connected Google Calendars and preventing double bookings.
• Performing automated, secure cloud backups via Google Drive to prevent data loss.

3. Meta (Facebook) Data Processing & Third Parties

Our service relies on the Meta Cloud API. By using SAZSOL, you acknowledge your data is subject to WhatsApp’s Business Policy. Our applications also interact with other third-party APIs (such as Google Calendar, Shopify, and Odoo). Your data interactions with these platforms are governed by their respective privacy policies. We do not sell your personal data to any third parties.

4. Data Security & Deletion

We implement industry-standard security measures, including tiered access controls and encrypted storage, to protect your data against unauthorized access.
