SAZSOL provides SaaS solutions, including multi-tenant scheduling systems, calendar syncing tools, and inventory middleware logic. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our platforms according to your chosen subscription tier (Free, Standard, or Premium).
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, API keys, and connection credentials. You are also responsible for complying with Meta's official WhatsApp Business messaging policies and any localized laws regarding customer communication.
Services like UniBooking operate on tiered limits based on your subscription. Exceeding your plan's monthly booking limits may result in the temporary suspension of automated scheduling features until the plan is upgraded or the billing cycle resets.
You agree not to use our platforms to send spam, unauthorized marketing broadcasts, or any content that violates third-party terms. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that abuse our platform resources or violate these guidelines.
SAZSOL is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any lost profits, data loss, or business interruptions resulting from API changes by third parties (such as Meta, Google, Shopify, or Odoo).
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of our platforms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
